Matzo Madness! A Passover Scavenger Hunt Family Program
Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM (EDT)
New York, NY
Follow a trail of dry and crumbly clues that reveal a Passover story of freedom. The gritty, crowded streets of New York's Lower East Side were not paved with gold but to millions of immigrants, this was the Promised Land. As Preservation Detectives search for hidden pieces of matzo, they'll find out how to "read" a building's message and the ways that the Eldridge Street Synagogue says "we're free."
Part of the Museum’s Preservation Detectives Program for Families
